Mr. Gjengedal is an educated civil engineer at NTH where he also obtained a doctorate. He has been a researcher and associate professor at NTH and later professor at NTNU and at the UiT, as well as at the University of Agder and at NMBU at Ås. He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Minnesota and hired as a senior researcher at ABB. In addition to this, he previously headed Statkraft's development department for hydropower, wind power and other energy form. He has been R&D director at Statnett and CEO of Sogn and Fjordane Energi.
He also has extensive experience from board work and he has been central to several start-ups, including E-smart systems.
Beyond that, he is the only person in Europe to hold six professorships in energy technology.
Kristian Flaten has more than 20 years of experience in finance and industrial operations, with a particular focus on the energy sector.
Kristian works as an independent advisor, and has previous management experience from Export Credit and BW Offshore, responsible for financing, analysis and projects in oil / gas, offshore, shipping and infrastructure.
He has extensive experience from both small companies / projects and large listed companies, including work on equity, debt, mergers / acquisitions, IPOs and investor relations.
During the first years after his studies he worked as a journalist at Finansavisen and an analyst at Handelsbanken.
Kristian graduated with a degree in economics from NHH, specializing in finance and strategy.
Haakon has within a short time built up a solid experience both as a leader in larger companies and in addition as a successful entrepreneur of businesses. Already at the age of 25, he was hired as sales manager at the mobile operator company Mycall, where he contributed to solid growth.
He later entered a role as sales and marketing manager at Tele2. He was central to the brand building of the company and was in management at the age of 30. When Tele2 was sold to Telia, he served as CEO for close to one year, responsible for the shutdown of Tele2 in Norway, and as an important contributor to the customer migration of Tele2 to Telia. This is the largest customer migration project done in Norway.
After his time in the telecom industry he founded the fintech company Paygoo. The company had great success throughout the Nordic region and was sold in 2018.

Alexander Wie Flaa
Head of Communications
Alexander is a trained sociologist and has worked in both non-profit organizations and private companies. He has several years of experience from the World Wide Fund for nature (WWF) where he worked with climate communication and, among other things, led the Norwegian part of what was then Norway's and the world's largest information campaign, Earth Hour.
He has also worked in various agencies with special responsibility for communication, project management and concept development on behalf of both national and international clients.
Alexander's expertise lies in thinking new and creative about challenging issues and he is not afraid to challenge established thinking.

Head of Technology/Country Manager Sweden
Jan Carlson is the company's CTO. In addition, he heads, and is part owner of, the company's entity in Sweden. Jan is an educated engineer and has over 40 years of experience in management, sales, purchasing and product management.
He has served in the management team in Motorola in Sweden, as well as held senior positions in Arris and has many years of international experience from work in the Baltic and Eastern Europe.

Head of Technical sales
Bjørnar Robberstad has over 30 years of experience as an engineer, primarily in the shipping industry. He has worked as a project engineer and project manager in Servogear, where he worked on projects related to performance improvement on speedboats. The result of this helped to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions of such boats by more than 50 per cent. Bjørnar was a strong contributor to this work receiving the environmental protection award in Hordaland.
For the past 15 years he has worked as technical coordinator for major projects related to the construction of offshore supply boats in Vard. Bjørnar operated as a hub for everything technical in connection with the shipbuilding processes.
From 2010-2015, he was stationed in Vietnam, where he was central to building a technical department at a shipyard in Vung Tau. The department grew from nine to 54 employees during this period.
In addition to this he has also worked as a consultant in DNV and within certification in the Norwegian Maritime Directorate.
